2. Services Offered

Starforce Solution provides job consultancy, security guard services, and housekeeping services. All services are subject to availability and verification processes.

3. Registration & Fees

• Basic Registration: ₹200 (non-refundable)
• One-Time Registration: ₹999 (includes interview arrangement, career guidance, and 10-day refund policy under specific conditions)

Employers may be subject to separate agreements and fees, based on manpower requirements.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for the One-Time Registration plan and must be claimed within 10 days of payment. Conditions apply and will be communicated at the time of registration.

5. Obligations of Job Seekers

Job seekers must provide accurate personal and professional information. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of services without refund.

6. Obligations of Employers

Employers must provide correct job descriptions, salary details, and adhere to applicable labor laws. Starforce is not liable for disputes between employers and employees once hired.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable staffing solutions, Starforce Solution will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from employment arrangements, employer behavior, or employee conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Starforce Solution. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
